Join PRSA August 19 for tips on how to make your advertising more accessible

With just a few simple steps, you can reach a larger and more diverse audience with your company’s advertising. Join PRSA Bluegrass in August to hear from Abby Pullis and Alan Lovell from American Printing House for the Blind (APH).

In their presentation, Abby and Alan will share the importance of making all of your communications and advertising accessible, and they will take you step-by-step through some of the easiest ways to make this happen. You’ll leave with the tools you need to start sharing photos, videos, emails and graphics that are accessible to everyone.

Abby has been working in social media and digital content for 8 years. She is currently the Digital Engagement Manager at APH, a world leader in creating accessible learning experiences through educational, workplace, and independent living products and services for people who are blind and visually impaired.

Alan Lovell is the Information and Referral Services Coordinator for the APH ConnectCenter. During his time there, he has worked in marketing, sales and customer service. Alan’s background in the field of blindness and his own experiences as a person who is blind help him in his current role where he connects people with disabilities with needed resources.
