November Program: Making Your Advertising More Accessible

With just a few simple steps, you can reach a larger and more diverse audience with your company’s advertising. Join PRSA Bluegrass on November 12 to hear from Abby Pullis and Tai Tomasi from American Printing House for the Blind (APH).
In this presentation, Abby and Tai will share the importance of making all of your communications and advertising accessible, and they will take you step-by-step through some of the easiest ways to make this happen. You’ll leave with the tools you need to start sharing photos, videos, emails and graphics that are accessible to everyone.
Abby Pullis has been working in social media and digital content for 8 years. She is currently the Digital Engagement Manager at the American Printing House for the Blind (APH), a world leader in creating accessible learning experiences through educational, workplace and independent living products and services for people who are blind and visually impaired.
For more than 20 years, Tai Tomasi has worked collaboratively with legislators, stakeholders and employees to enhance the lives of people who are blind or visually impaired. As the Director of Accessibility, Diversity and Inclusion at American Printing House for the Blind, Tai provides strategic action and day-to-day operational leadership on all accessibility, diversity, and inclusion policies, programs and practices.
