Amanda Villaveces, Executive Director of Mental Health Lou, will lead the conversation, offering valuable insights, strategies, and resources to help maintain optimal performance and well-being.
Networking will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the program being held from 9am-10am. Light breakfast will be provided.
