The project manager will have the ability to write and develop communications designed to enhance the Norton Healthcare brand. The project manager will work independently as well as part of a team to develop strategic plans, manage projects and execute deliverables to meet organizational, department and internal partner goals. The project manager will guide their own work and make strategic decisions based on input from Norton Healthcare leadership, internal partners and department peers.

The project manager must have strong writing skills, including familiarity with the AP Stylebook, and excel at project management. The project manager is responsible for carrying out brand standards, building effective work teams and is accountable for deadlines and metrics. The project manager will set high standards for their work and be accountable for successfully completing projects.

Required:

Bachelor Degree

Three years developing and implementing communication plans/media pitching

Strong writing/storytelling skills

Video/editing ability desired, but not required
