DESCRIPTION:Join PRSA Bluegrass in January for Courageous Conversations with Ashley Duncan\, Vice President & Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Republic Bank. She’ll offer some insights into what professionals in public relations and marketing should be doing to ensure greater inclusivity and equity in the development of corporate communications\, and work toward a more diverse reach when deploying those communications to public audiences. \nAshley joined Republic Bank in September\, where she helps lead efforts to shape and implement diversity\, equity and inclusion employment and workplace strategies. She came to Republic from Jefferson County Public Schools\, where she was the inaugural diversity hiring specialist for the largest school system in Kentucky. Prior to that\, she served as director of diversity and inclusion and civil rights program manager for Louisville-based Transit Authority of River City (TARC). \nJoin us for our virtual January meeting!
