DESCRIPTION:What makes a consumer trust a brand and why? What practices are top brands using when approaching their stance on societal issues? \nCydney Roach\, Executive Vice President of Edelman\, a worldwide Public Relations agency\, will present her research showing that the vast majority of consumers across markets\, ages\, incomes and gender say that brand trust is essential to buying. Cydney will utilize the Edelman Trust Barometer findings to talk about how brand\, organizations and employers should speak out about societal issues\, and attach it to their brand and social purpose.
